With these services, we provide:

On-site photo taken and measured, 6 -10 photos given with professional editing.

Authority of photo and floor plan usage for any kind of advertising for the property’s current sale. This authority is no more than 6 months unless further agreement. The photographer reserves all rights of the photos and floor plans.

Photos and floor plan will be given by e-mail within 48 hours after the photo shoot or measurement.

Photos & floor plan will provide high resoution files and web size files for all you need for marketing.

Signboard including of design, print, install and up to 180 days hire and removal, standard size is 120 x 180 cm, large size is 120 x 240 cm. Next day installation once design approved before 12:00 noon.

A4 size brochure is 300 gsm paper double colour, next day delivery if proof is approved by 12:00 noon.

Invoice to the client by e-mail, please pay before publish but not later than 14 days after the work is final.

* Prices are all GST included, price may change upon difficult duty with special quotation.
* The real estate agent that book our service must notify the owner and both parties agree that the photographer reserves all rights of the photos and may use them for any other purpose without publishing the address detail.
